DRB-HICOM U Application is one of the aim of the Student Representative Council for the university to publish. The official mobile app/system aims to allow easy access of informations, announcements, assistance and the university services.

Meeting on DRB-HICOM U Apps Proposal
DRB-HICOM U Apps is one of the initiatives under the Ten Empowerment Goals. Each members are responsible on monitoring each of the initiatives. The overview of the proposal was presented in determining the relevance of the apps/system/software. The timeline of the project is also finalised during the meeting.

Meeting with Head of IT Department
Student Representative Council met with the Head of IT Department, Mr. Halimi Hashim to present the proposal, data and planning of the team in achieving the objective. The outcome of the meeting resulted in the similarity of the initiatives with the upcoming university system (UMS). Due to publication protocols and approval by DRB-HICOM Berhad, the system is targeted to be publish on the 2nd quarter of year 2021.

Update from Information Technology Department
The UMS System progress is now under the supervision of Deputy Vice Chancellor. Meetings are held to determine the new direction of the system to ease students and university.
